Sue Lewis is an experienced paediatric nurse with 25 years of clinical practice across a range of specialist areas. Her background includes paediatric surgery, long-term ventilation, and general paediatrics within the Children’s Hospital for Wales, as well as extensive outpatient experience at the Children’s Centre, Paediatric Outpatient Department, Llandough Hospital.

For the past nine years, Sue has specialised in the care of children with asthma, eczema, and allergies—including food allergies and hay fever. She is an active member of both the British Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology (BSACI) and the Immunology and Allergy NursingGroup (IANG). Through regular conference attendance and close collaboration with paediatric allergy services across South Wales, she maintains strong professional links and up-to-date clinical knowledge.

Sue recently qualified as an Independent Nurse Prescriber and will soon begin working towards a Master’s degree in Advanced Practice.
