Lydia has joined our new team at ClearMed Clinic, while also being a valued member of the ClearSkin team (part of the established ClearSkin Dermatology Treatment Clinic (www.clearskincardiff.co.uk) where she joined in 2023. 

With over 20 years of experience in dermatology and 10 years as a business manager in the NHS, Lydia brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the team. Her diligent approach ensures the smooth and efficient operation of both clinics, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care and optimising clinic performance. 

Known for her strategic mindset and exceptional organisational skills, Lydia excels at balancing the needs of patients and staff while maintaining a well-structured, patient-centric environment. Her deep understanding of healthcare systems and commitment to innovation make her an invaluable leader, continuously driving improvements and ensuring that both ClearMed and ClearSkin provide exceptional care to all our patients.
