Your health is our priority
We acknowledge the difficulties of managing menopause concerns in primary healthcare and believe a customised approach is more effective tailored to your individual needs.
In our one-on-one menopause consultations, we avoid a one size fits all approach. We offer a confidential and dedicated environment where you can openly discuss your symptoms and their effects on your physical and mental health. Our specialists will explore all available options with you to create a personalised treatment plan that meets your specific needs.
After a thorough consultation, we will discuss all treatment options and develop a holistic, personalised plan to manage menopause. We may also review your overall health and lifestyle to explore enhancements, including non-hormonal treatments and cognitive behavioural therapy.
Following the guidelines of the British Menopause Society (BMS), we advise scheduling a follow-up appointment three months after your initial consultation to assess your progress and adjust your plan if needed. We would love to hear how you have been getting on and support you further on your journey through menopause.
